WAUKESHA, WI — A Waukesha man with a BB gun in his car was safely talked out of his car and transported to the hospital after a caller feared for the man's safety. Waukesha police responded to the 1700 block of Elder St. just after 3 p.m. Monday on a report from a caller that was concerned for a man's safety after he initially had a BB gun on him inside a parked car. According to police, the caller stated the man had been drinking since 7 a.m. that morning, and that the BB gun was now on the floor of his car. Three squads were dispatched to the scene where they ordered the man out of the car.
