Waukesha Man Faces Prison Time For Threatening Officer: Report
Authorities say the man who was arrested for a domestic dispute now faces more prison time after threatening an officer.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Authorities in Waukesha say a Waukesha man who threatened an officer and the officer's family now faces additional prison time after officers initially responded to the area on an apparent domestic disturbance.
According to court records, David Durski, 40, has been charged with bail jumping, resisting an officer and threat to a law enforcement officer - a felony that could net him up to three years behind bars if he's convicted.
Police said officers initially responded to a home on the 1300 block of Fleetfoot Drive just after 12:30 a.m. on July 1 on a report of a domestic disturbance that had been reported someone who knew Durski.

Police told Waukesha Patch that Durski had been arrested on suspicion of those charges following a dispute at the residence earlier that evening. An officer on-scene that night told Patch that Durski was "very vocal and verbally threatened to kill the officer and his wife."
Durski is currently out on a $1,000 cash bond from the Waukesha County Jail. He's due back in court on July 11 for a hearing.
