Waukesha Man Found Overdosed In Car, Revived With Narcan: Police

The responding officer went up to the man's car and located heroin in a cigarette pack and a corner-cut bag next to him.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to an apartment complex in the 1500 block of Big Bend Road just before 6 a.m. on May 8 on a police call.

According to police reports, a 36-year-old man, later identified by authorities as Adam V. Kamish, was in this car outside in the parking lot and was non-responsive.

Police told Patch that the responding officer went up to Kamish's car and located heroin in a cigarette pack and a corner-cut bag next to him. He was not responding.

Police gained access to the car's cabin, and administered Narcan - a powerful narcotic reversal agent - to Kamish, which appeared to revive him at the scene, police said.

Police told Waukesha Patch that Kamish was transported to Waukesha Memorial Hospital for medical treatment, where he was later questioned and arrested for Possession of Heroin and two counts of bail jumping.
