Waukesha Man Punched Wife Who Spoke With Uber Driver: Report

Police say a Waukesha man punched his wife because she spoke with an Uber driver who was parked outside on Swallow Road.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 1200 block of Swallow Road just before 1:30 a.m. on July 7 on a report of a domestic disturbance.

According to Waukesha police, officers responded to the area on a report that a man punched a woman in the face because she was talking to an Uber driver who was parked outside. Reports stated that the man left the scene in his car.

Police told Patch that he was taken into custody when he returned back to his residence just before 2 a.m. Police reported that he was arrested on suspicion of domestic-related disorderly conduct, battery and intimidating a victim.
