Waukesha Memorial Rates To Go Up Oct. 1

Room and board for a ProHealth hospital room will go to $1,826 daily from $1,747, according to reports.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Patients at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital will see more expensive rates for treatment and hospitalization after Prohealth Care announced they're raising rates as of Oct. 1.

According to a Milwaukee Business Journal Report Monday, the rate increase means the hospitals will see a 4.5 increase in gross patient revenue. That figure is similar to the 4.5 increase that was seen on Oct. 1, 2017, according to the report.

One impact of the rate increase is that room-and-board for a ProHealth Care hospital room will increase from $1,747 to $1,826.
