The incident

A truck driver making a delivery to the Mercedes dealership early Friday morning when he thought he saw a man breaking and entering the building, so he contacted authorities.

As it turns out, after police investigated, they learned that the IT Manager for Mercedes was attempting to fix an unspecified internet issue remotely from his home when he experienced technical difficulties. He wanted to get the company's issue solved by morning so he decided to address the problem in person.

He got in his car, and drove to the dealership to address the IT problem, but another problem cropped up: he forgot his keys. He accessed an overhead door to gain entry to the building, when the truck driver spotted him.
