Waukesha Woman Slaps Unruly Sports Car Driver

WAUKESHA, WI — Police were searching for the instigator of a road rage incident midday on Sunday near the intersection of W. Sunset Drive and S. West Ave.

According to police reports, officers responded to a case of road rage just after 1:30 p.m. Sunday. A female motorist was stoped on Sunset Drive and was letting people through the crosswalk. When she started driving again, the driver of a yellow sports car sped around her and then stopped at the intersection of West and Sunset.

According to police reports, when the male driver of the sports car got out to confront the woman, she slapped him in the face. At that point, the man hit her back, and they continued driving without the incident escalating.

Police are planning to follow up on this incident after the man was not immediately located.
