Authorities say that based on their initial investigation, it appeared the woman was traveling southbound on I-43 at Moorland Road and lost control of her car while attempting to change lanes and pass another
vehicle. The car drove into the median and rolled over twice coming to rest partially in the left lane of northbound I-43.
Authorities say that no other vehicles were struck and that speed may have been a factor. I-43 was shut down for several hours. The crash remains under investigation by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office.
