Woman 9 Months Pregnant Involved In 4-Car Accident: Report

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police are reporting that a woman who is nine months pregnant involved in a four-vehicle accident received medical treatment following the crash.

According to police reports, the crash took place just after 7 a.m. on May 15 at the intersection of E. Broadway and Highway 164 between a Chrysler 200, Cadillac Escalade, Kia and a fourth unnamed vehicle.

Police reported that the 28-year-old woman who is nine months pregnant said that she experienced cramping at the time of the accident and that the contractions were far apart.

According to reports, there was no bleeding and the woman was treated on-scene by first responders.

The accident was reported on E. Broadway in the westbound lanes. Traffic was temporarily reduced down to one lane on northbound Highway 164 as officials attended to the accident.
