Woman Arrested in Assault Case

Waukesha police responded to the 800 block of W. St. Paul Ave. Tuesday night just before 11:30 p.m. on a report of a domestic disturbance.

According to reports, the person who called police stated that his brother had been assaulted by his brother's girlfriend and was bleeding from various cut marks.

Police arrived on scene and saw signs of an ongoing altercation, and the woman was taken into custody.

Burglary on N. West Ave.

Waukesha police responded to an apartment on the 300 block of N. West Ave. just before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a burglary.

According to police reports, an unknown suspect broke into his apartment and stole a laptop while the resident was out at work on Monday. The resident believes the suspect went through the locked patio door to gain entry.
