Watch As Woman Escapes Jail For Sex Encounter: Report
Police say a woman arrested on multiple charges slipped out of a handcuff and escaped the police department. Here's what happened next:

WAUKESHA, WI -- A woman who was arrested on suspicion of theft at the Waukesha Baymont Inn managed to escape from jail as authorities were inspecting evidence. Police reported that she was arrested again later that evening.
According to Waukesha Police, Amber Gonzales was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and an open arrest warrant on the evening of September 14.
Waukesha police told Patch that the woman was brought back to the police department, and while an officer was testing and packaging evidence, she managed to escape. Surveillance video from the jail cell shows Gonzales tugging at her handcuffs. Police say the handcuffs were was on their tightest setting. Gonzales managed to slip out of the cuffs, walk off and find an emergency exit.

Police said that she manipulated the door that is meant for emergency exits from the building and fled.
"Accountability is one of our four priorities we have at the Police Department along with Safety, Communication and Teamwork. We are conducting and internal review of the incident and identify what errors were made and mitigate those moving forward," Dan Bauman, Captain of Police at the Waukesha Police Department said.

Police said that Gonzales met up with a man who gave her $80 for a sex act and transportation to a local hotel. According to reports, police tracked her to the Baymont Inn and established a perimeter.
Police reports stated that she initially tried to escape from the hotel room by taking the window out, but thought otherwise and stayed in her room. With the door locked, police issued commands for her to surrender peacefully.
Police told Patch that she was arrested a short time later, and the man who arranged transportation was also arrested.
Gonzales was released after her $750 cash bond was paid Tuesday. She is due back in court on Oct. 1 for a hearing. She faces charges of felony escape and prostitution.
