Woman Runs Red Light, Drives Straight Into Snow Plow: Police
Police say a Waukesha Snow Plow was struck by an oncoming vehicle after its driver ran a red light.

WAUKESHA, WI — A 30-year-old Waukesha woman was arrested after police say the vehicle she was in ran a red light and drove straight into a snow plow.
According to Waukesha police reports, officers responded to the 2500 block of N. Grandview Blvd. just before 7 a.m. on Jan. 15 on a report of a collision between a city plow truck and an SUV.
Police told Waukesha Patch that a vehicle, identified in reports as a Honda Odyssey, and occupied by two women ran a red light near N. Grandview Blvd. where it collided with the plow truck. Reports stated that one woman suffered a left arm injury and the other had a head injury.

One person was arrested in the case, 30-year-old Ashley Albers, who was found in the front passenger seat. She was transported to Waukesha Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries and later arrested for having an open warrant for her arrest for operating a vehicle after license revocation.
Information was unavailable late Wednesday regarding which of the two women was ultimately the driver of the Odyssey at the time of the crash.
