Would-Be Waukesha Drunk Driver Just Wouldn't Give Up; Gets Arrested
Waukesha police apprehended a would-be drunk driver on Aurora Street early Thursday morning.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police apprehended a would-be drunk driver on Aurora Street early Thursday morning.
According to police, a 911 caller stated that a male suspect was trying to get into a vehicle and to a house on the 800 block of Aurora St. just after 4 a.m.
Police made contact with the emergency caller, and located the suspect. He was taken into custody several minutes later.

Earlier that evening, police caught the man running westbound on Arcadian Ave. before trying to get into his car which was parked on Arcadian.
Police recorded the man's preliminary breath test, which revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .20 - greater than the legal limit for drunk driving in Wisconsin. He was advised not to drive before being moved along.
