$2.3 Million Financing Package Approved For Wauwatosa Apartment Development
Harmonee Square Partners is proposing a new apartment with 32 units, with 6,720 square feet of retail space and 82 parking spaces.

WAUWATOSA -- Financing for a $2.36 million apartment and condo development was approved by Wauwatosa officials on Tuesday.
Harmonee Square Partners, LLC and MBD Properties LLC have proposed a development of the former Fire Station #1 site along with neighboring properties under their control at 1441, 1457, 1463 Underwood Avenue and 7746 Menomonee River Parkway, in the City of Wauwatosa.
The developers requested tax incremental finance assistance for the creation of structured parking and other eligible expenses associated with the development.

According to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal, the city money would support construction of two buildings at Harmonee and Underwood avenues. Plans for the Harmonee Square development include an apartment building with first-floor retail space on Underwood Avenue, and a condo and retail building facing Harmonee Avenue.
The apartment would have 32 units, with 6,720 square feet of retail space and 82 parking spaces.
