Anodyne Coffee Co. Wants to Open Coffee Shop in Wauwatosa

WAUWATOSA -- Anodyne Coffee Roasting Company is planning to open its first coffee shop outside of Milwaukee - and it will be in Wauwatosa.

According to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal, The Milwaukee-based coffee roaster recently submitted a request for a conditional use permit to the Wauwatosa plan commission. The cafe would be Anodyne's fourth Milwaukee-area location and would open at 7471 Harwood Ave.

The cafe in the village neighborhood of Wauwatosa would feature two outdoor patios, one in the front and one in the back, and be open seven days a week. Coffee, food, craft beer and wine would also be on the menu, the Business Journal is reporting.
