City Of Wauwatosa: No Delay To Garbage Or Recycling Collection

Based on when the holidays fall, there will be no delay to your garbage or recycling collection near Christmas or New Years. However, the Drop Off Center will be closed on December 25, 2021 and January 1, 2022.

We will be collecting garbage and recycling on normal collection days, even around the Christmas and New Years holidays. View your collection schedule.

However, the Drop Off Center will be closed on Saturday, December 25, 2021 and Saturday, January 1, 2022.

The Wauwatosa City Hall offices and Wauwatosa Public Library will be closed on:

• Friday, December 24, 2021
• Monday, December 27, 2021
• Friday, December 31, 2021
• Monday, January 3, 2022

You can complete a number of city services online.

The Treasurer's Office at City Hall is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, minus the holidays above. The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We are located at 7725 W. North Avenue on the second floor of City Hall. For a contactless payment option, please consider using the Secure Payment Depository. We will mail you a receipt.
