  • Common Council (July 20, 7:30 pm) will talk about:
    • a public hearing regarding a proposed text amendment to the zoning code to add artist work or sales space to the C0 District
    • a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the zoning code to modify various regulations
    • an ordinance regulating entering or staying upon streets or medians
    • creating a single Design Review Board for review of residential and nonresidential structures
    • creating parking zones by Wauwatosa East High School
    • creating parking zones on the south side of Lincoln Place
    • a land combination at 10845 W. Blue Mound Road and 301 N. Mayfair Road
    • a conditional use at 3201 N. Mayfair Road for a secondhand sales establishment with drive through (Habitat ReStore)
    • a conditional use at 346 N. 121st Street for a child care establishment
    • a conditional use at 4057 N. Mayfair Road for religious assembly and educational services
    • a contract with Prism Technical for the creation and monitoring of a procurement equity participation plan for the General Capital apartment building proposal at the Western Building site
    • amending the consolidated fee schedule related to the Building and Safety Division fees
    • submitting to a binding referendum on the April 5, 2022 general election ballot t reduce the size of the Common Council from 16 to 12 members
    • granting an encroachment into the City right-of-way to Vendetta Coffee Bar at 7613 W. State Street

For hybrid meetings, in-person attendance shall be open only to elected officials, city staff, and no more than four applicants that are named on meeting agendas.
