- Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities CommitteeΒ (July 26, 5:30 pm) will talk about the preliminary plans for North Avenue from Mayfair Road to Menomonee River Parkway.
- Government Affairs (July 26, 6:00 pm) will discuss
- a fireworks permit by Blue Mound Golf & Country Club for September 4, 2021 at 9:30 pm
- a beer and wine license for Adriatic at 11200 W. Burleigh Street
- a beer and wine license for Aladdin Food Management Services at 8701 Watertown Plank Road
- an operator's license application for Amber M. Morris
- an ordinance to create a single Design Review Board
- use of Milwaukee County Independent Redistricting Commission
- a closed session discussion of a collective bargaining strategy with Wauwatosa Peace Officers' Association
- Transportation Affairs (July 26, 7:00 pm) will talk about parking regulations on 91st Street from Clarke Street to Center Street, an ordinance to create parking zones by Wauwatosa East High School, and an ordinance to create parking zones on Lincoln Place.
- Community Affairs (July 26, 7:30 pm) will talk about a zoning text amendment to add artist work or sales space to the C0 District, a small cell master license agreement with AT&T, an ordinance regulating entering or staying upon streets or medians, proposed revisions pertaining to dangerous and vicious dogs, proposed amendments to the zoning code to modify various regulations, and the Development Department Annual Report
- Financial Affairs (July 26, 7:30 pm) will hear a request for use of American Rescue Plan Act funds for a Wauwatosa tourism marketing stimulus package, a recommendation to provide a health insurance dividend to employees on the City health insurance plan, a contract for a space needs analysis for the City Hall/Civic Center/Library complex, and the Assessor Annual Report. Additionally, this committee will go into closed session to discuss future property tax litigation, a term sheet related to the General Capital multi-unit residential site, and a term sheet related to Irgens Partners multi-building commercial development.

For hybrid meetings, in-person attendance shall be open only to elected officials, city staff, and no more than four applicants that are named on meeting agendas.
