Family Dog Dies In House Fire: Report
Nobody was home at the time of the fire, but that a family dog died due to smoke inhalation, according to fire officials.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Fire officials say a house fire in Wauwatosa resulted in the death of a family dog.
According to the Wauwatosa Fire Department, first responders were called to a home near Glendale Ave. and 108th Street just before 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19.

Fire officials say the fire started in the living room of a single-story home. The fire was under control and quickly extinguished.

According to a FOX 6 report, fire department officials say that nobody was home at the time of the fire, but that a family dog died due to smoke inhalation. One firefighter suffered a minor injury, but did not require medical treatment, according to reports.
