Man, 61, Dies In Wauwatosa Industrial Accident: Report

WAUWATOSA, WI -- A 61-year-old man was killed Friday afternoon at AAM Castings at 63rd Street and State Street Friday afternoon, authorities say.

Authorities reported being called to the factory just after 3 p.m. on Friday. They were directed to the roof of the foundry where the man was located, according to reports.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner reported that the man died Friday afternoon, although the man's identity and cause of death have yet to be released by authorities.

According to officials, OSHA has been called in to investigate the incident.
