Mayfair Collection to add 2 New Restaurants, New Coffee Shop in Time for Holidays

WAUWATOSA -- Two new restaurants and a new coffee shop will be opening in the Mayfair Collection just in time for the holidays.

According to a report from the North Shore NOW, AJ Bombers, Smoke Shack and Holey Moley Coffee + Doughnuts are all scheduled to open within the next couple of weeks.The Mayfair Collection is on West Burleigh Street close to Highway 41/45.

“We could not be more pleased to join in the retail excitement that is happening in Wauwatosa,” said Joe Sorge, owner of Hospitality Democracy in the North Shore NOW report. “We feel our restaurants are the perfect addition to the current offerings at The Mayfair Collection.”
