Mayfair Getting High-End Home Decor Store

WAUWATOSA — Z Gallerie, a furniture and home furnishing chain with more than 60 stores nationwide, will open its first Wisconsin store at Mayfair in Wauwatosa this fall.

Z Gallerie bills iteself as a premier lifestyle brand in the fashion home space. They have been in operation for more than 35 years.

According to a report by the Milwaukee Business Journal, the store will occupy an 8,383-square-foot space formerly held by Paciugo Gelato and Applebee's, which will mean that two store spaces will be merged into one for Mayfair's new tenant.
