Etiquette lessons are an essential part of the Milwaukee Montessori School's curriculum – beginning with lessons in grace and courtesy at age two. These social skills will help MMS students stand out in the workplace and their daily lives. MMS holds a month-long etiquette class for its middle school students every spring.
A firm handshake is essential for greetings, in the workplace, for college interviews and in social situations. This class, taught every spring at the school, teaches middle school-aged students the basics of proper manners, including mastering introductions, writing thank you cards, and good table manners.
The class, which takes place every spring, is led by etiquette expert Margery Sinclair.
