New Seafood Restaurant Open in Wauwatosa
Fish Cheeks will be open for dinner on weekdays, and for both lunch and dinner on weekends.

WAUWATOSA, WI — A new restaurant that specializes in sushi, hibachi and other seafood items is now open in Wauwatosa.
According to a report from the Milwaukee Biz Times, Fish Cheeks, 6818 W. North Ave., has just opened in Wauwatosa to owner John Steiner.
According to the report, John and Lori Steiner previously owned Hotaru Steak and Sushi House in Oconomowoc.

Fish Cheeks will be open for dinner on weekdays, and for both lunch and dinner on weekends.
According to an OnMilwaukee report, Fish Cheeks serves entrees like braised black cod with miso served with edamame mashed potatoes ($22), salmon with shiitake mushroom cream sauce and cilantro lime rice ($22) and escolar with chimichurri sauce, fried sweet potato strings and asparagus ($20).
