Bar Zizzo will specialize in handmade daily pasta, Italian street food, spianate, appetizers and lighter fare such as salads and soups. The bar menu will focus on affordable everyday ready-to-drink wine with rotating monthly food and beverage specials that highlight different areas of Italy.

According to official documents, the Bakers will be purchasing a 7,472 square-foot building at 6028 W. North Ave. The decor will feature clean lines and pops of color against a muted background. Wood, stone, and metal will play supporting roles to the more modern Italian eatery style.
