PowerCycle Indoor Cycling Studio Now Open In Wauwatosa

The studio is equipped with 39 Keiser M3i Indoor Cycling Bikes, concert-quality Bose speakers, and Fitmetrix result tracking software.

WAUWATOSA, WI — As the weather dips below zero, Wauwatosa residents Kayla Vogds and Ty Gruber have opened PowerCycle, the city's first indoor cycling studio.

If you’ve never tried indoor cycling before, Gruber teaches a Power101 class once a week. Riders learn how to safely set up and operate their bike, clip in and out of the pedals with Shimano SPD cleats and learn a few basic techniques on the bike.

“PowerCycle is an effective training option for both beginners and experienced athletes,” Gruber said. “We’re focused on providing an upbeat, entertaining atmosphere." Gruber also said that their 45-minute class is designed to get cyclists a great cardio workout and also strength training.
