  • Police and Fire Commission (April 27, 4:30 pm) will review current Police Chief applications. This discussion will likely be in closed session. See the recruitment process for Police Chief. This meeting represents step 5 of the 11 steps.
  • Government Affairs (April 27, 6:00 pm) will discuss:
    • an application for a liquor and beer license by Crafty Cow Tosa at 6519 W North Avenue
    • an update from the City Attorney regarding Common Council process for transition from fully electronic-virtual to in-person meetings
  • Financial Affairs (April 27, 7:30 pm) will talk about a contract to remodel the Police Department and an update about Project Wildfire, the city's major software system.
  • Community Affairs (April 27, 7:30 pm) will discuss two Plan Commission candidate interviews for appointment, a planned unit development at 9480 Watertown Plank Road, pedestrian safety in street rights of way and on medians, and a Tosa Restarts program update

The Common Council passed a resolution that all citizen committees, standing council committees, and Common Council meetings are to be held in virtual format through June 1, 2021. This means there will be no in-person attendance at city hall during meetings.
