  • Committee of the Whole (February 16, 6:30 pm) will continue its planning session related to the Zeidler Group and making Wauwatosa a more inclusive place.
  • Common Council (February 16, 7:30 pm) will discuss:
    • approving a conditional use at 6700 West State Street for an eating establishment (Egg & Flour Pasta Bar)
    • approving an irrigation pond and pump station at Blue Mound Golf and County Club
    • removing the licensure requirement for placing concrete for sidewalks and driveways in Wauwatosa
    • an eating establishment modification at 2930 North 117th St
    • a zoning map amendment and preliminary plans at 10845 West Blue Mound Road and 301 North Mayfair Road
    • rescission of certain personal property tax accounts
    • extending virtual meetings through June 1, 2021
    • finding no merit in the complaint against Alderperson Welch by John Vassallo, receiving an investigative report, and placing on file with no further action being taken
    • two ordinances related to "No Turn on Red when Children are Present" signs
    • removing parking regulations on North 93rd St
  • Community Development Authority (February 17, 12:00 pm) will discuss proposals related to the Blanchard Street Parking Lot redevelopment. See the proposals. The committee's discussion will likely be in closed session.

The Common Council passed a resolution that all citizen committees, standing council committees, and Common Council meetings are to be held in virtual format through March 2, 2021. This means there will be no in-person attendance at city hall during meetings.
