  • Committee of the Whole (March 2, 6:00 pm) will hear a presentation by Applied Real Estate Analysis of the prepared CDBG Regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing.
  • Common Council (March 2, 7:30 pm) will discuss:
    • Final plans for 9150 Watertown Plank Road
    • An agreement with Natural Landscapes for naturalized vegetation management at Hartung and Hart Parks
    • Carryovers from the 2020 budget to the 2021 budget
    • A wine license to Good City Brewing
    • A contract for N. 60th St construction
  • Historic Preservation Commission (March 3, 4:30 pm) will hear a presentation about properties in Wauwatosa that are potentially eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. They will also review the design of Hart Park Muellner Building's exterior modifications.
  • Government Affairs (March 4, 6:00 pm) will review a proposal to reduce the size of the Common Council.

The Common Council passed a resolution that all citizen committees, standing council committees, and Common Council meetings are to be held in virtual format through June 1, 2021. This means there will be no in-person attendance at city hall during meetings.
