Robert Beezat joins Milwaukee’s Free Speakers

For a half century, Robert Beezat worked for social justice, peace and the common good in Milwaukee. He is now a speaker with Free Speakers.

For a half century, Robert Beezat worked for social justice, peace and the common good in Milwaukee as well as all over the United States. He recently joined Milwaukee’s pro bono speakers’ bureau - FreeSpeakers.org. Beezat will donate his time and talents by giving free presentations to community groups and organizations through the Milwaukee area speakers bureau.

Beezat is a management consultant and a published author. His two books are “Character Based Management: A Key to More Productive & Effective Organizations” and “Knowing and Loving: The Keys to Real Happiness.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Beezat to the bureau,” said Ginny Richardson, founder of FreeSpeakers.org. “He has provided talks for more than 250 business, not-for-profit, community service and local government organizations about the topics covered in his two books.”

Beezat, president of Robert Beezat, Inc., has been a business owner, city manager and not-for-profit CEO. He has also been an adjunct faculty member at several universities teaching business, human resource and supervisory management courses. Beezat helped start and became the eventual owner of The PAR Group, a management consulting firm serving a national clientele.

He is very active in working with and developing programs that benefit lower socio-economic segments of the population. He is the founder and president of Lucy’s Children’s Fund, a not-for-profit foundation that assists poor children at home and abroad. He has been successful in bringing together municipal, educational and business resources in a municipality to address the diverse needs of a low-income, immigrant population. He has organized and led several community-based groups which have worked to resolve neighborhood problems and issues.

Currently, Beezat is a volunteer for NETWORK, a national Catholic social justice and peace organization located in Washington, DC. He regularly speaks to students and faculty at colleges and universities about how to integrate the pursuit of social justice and peace issues with the pursuit of individual happiness.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University, Chicago, and a master’s degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
