Stock House Brewpub To Open In May

The brewpub will feature a 27-foot-bar made with reclaimed Wisconsin barn timbers.

WAUWATOSA, WI — As the Wisconsin winter melts away into spring, a new brewpub is planning on opening in Wauwatosa.

According to a Journal Sentinel article, owners Mark Mahoney and Paul Hepp are planning to open the Stock House Brewpub in Wauwatosa this May.

According to the article, the brewpub will be situated in a building at 7208 W. North Ave. and feature a 27-foot-bar made with reclaimed Wisconsin barn timbers.

"It's long overdue," said Joel Tilleson, alderman for Wauwatosa's 5th District to the Journal Sentinel. "Wauwatosa's demographics are getting younger, and new homeowners are coming in. People are looking for exactly this kind of thing."
