Absentee Voting
You can request an absentee ballot at myvote.wi.gov. The first day we can start mailing an absentee ballot to those who requested one is March 18, 2021. If you do not receive your absentee ballot within seven days in the mail, please call our City Clerk's office (414) 479-8917.

You can return your absentee ballot via mail, by using one of our ballot drop boxes at City Hall or Hart Park's Muellner Building (up until the day before the Election). If you wish to return your absentee ballot on Election Day, please bring it directly to the City Clerk's office at City Hall (7725 W North Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI).
In-Person Absentee Voting
In-person absentee voting, also known as early voting, is available at City Hall between March 23 - April 2 during these hours:
- Tuesday, March 23 - Friday, April 2
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday, April 2, 8 am - 5 pm
Voting on Election Day
The polls are open 7:00 am - 8:00 pm on April 6, 2021. Find your polling place. Remember to bring a valid photo ID.
We offer curbside voting assistance for people unable to enter the polling place. Please stay in your car and call our City Clerk's Office (414 479 8917, and we'll send an Election Inspector to you.
