Wauwatosa Facelift Officially Begins Soon
Long-awaited street-scape project in the village starts after the Mother's Day weekend
WAUWATOSA — It's been long said that there's only two seasons in Wisconsin: Winter and Construction season.
With Spring in full swing, that adage will prove true once again, this time in the 'Tosa village.
Wauwatosa NOW is reporting that construction crews will be installing 8-inch-thick concrete pavers and install a number of landscaping features and will create a curbless center village plaza.

The're also reporting that the Wauwatosa Village Business Improvement District has launched a campaign to inform the public that businesses will remain open throughout the process.
Their goal is to the community know that businesses will remain open during streetscaping construction.
