Wauwatosa Police And Fire Commission Receives Report From US Attorney Steven Biskupic Regarding Officer Joseph Mensah

The city on behalf of the Police & Fire Commission received a copy of Attorney Steve Biskupic's investigatory report regarding Officer Joseph Mensah. State statute 19.356 prohibits the city from sharing this document at this time. The Police and Fire Commission, an independent body, will continue the next steps in their investigatory process. Officer Mensah remains suspended pending completion of the investigation. As required by state law, this is a paid suspension.
