Woman Dies After Found Trapped Under Car At Froedtert: Report
Authorities say a woman was found bleeding profusely and frozen to the parking ramp floor early Friday in freezing-cold temperatures.

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI -- Investigators in Milwaukee County say they're trying to learn more after a woman died Friday morning after she was found trapped underneath a vehicle in a parking ramp at Froedtert Memorial Hospital in freezing cold temperatures.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office, deputies were called to the parking ramp at about 3:45 a.m. on a report that a woman was found trapped under a car in the parking ramp.
A FOX 6 report stated that deputies found the woman unconscious and bleeding profusely from her head. She had a weak pulse and was frozen to the concrete floor of the ramp. The report also said the vehicle she was trapped under was severely damaged.

According to a JSOnline report, the woman was thawed, removed from the parking ramp and transported to Froedtert's Trauma Center. Despite lifesaving efforts and treatment, she was pronounced dead at 4:21 a.m.

Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin issued the following statement regarding the incident Friday morning.

"A situation is currently being investigated on the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center Campus. We are working with the Milwaukee Sheriff’s Department and Wauwatosa Fire and Police who are investigating.
