While Brookfield led leasing gains, the data table shows how much space in West Allis is vacant and newly absorbed, offering a snapshot of local commercial real estate health.

Wisconsin State Fair honors longtime board chairman ahead of final fair (cbs58.com) — West Allis’ Wisconsin State Fair Park is honoring longtime board chairman John Yingling as he prepares for his final fair after 16 years of service. As he steps down in October, he’s helping launch the 175th anniversary fair, running August 6–16 with parades, a circus, and other celebrations.
