• Clinic union certified, but Rogers Behavioral declines to say it will start bargaining • Wisconsin Examiner (wisconsinexaminer.com) — Union organizers at the Rogers Behavioral Health clinic in West Allis have officially won recognition, after federal labor officials certified their overwhelming pro-union vote and rejected the company’s challenges. Rogers has acknowledged the certification but won’t say whether it will start bargaining, and a December hearing will examine allegations it illegally fired union supporters. Local clinic staff could see major workplace changes depending on those next steps.
