He faces multiple charges, including alleged seventh-offense OWI and fleeing an officer, with potential prison time exceeding 18 years.

3. Feltz Pleads Not Guilty by Mental Disease or Defect in Stolen Ambulance Case (wsau.com) — A man accused of taking a working ambulance from Wisconsin Rapids to a muddy field near Pittsville has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
