In Wyoming, any qualified elector may vote by absentee ballot. Voters can vote an absentee ballot:

In person in the Elections office at 200 N. Center, Room 154 from September 17th through November 1st during normal business hours.

By requesting an absentee ballot be mailed to you and returning the ballot to the County Clerk’s office by 7:00 pm on Election Day.

By requesting an absentee ballot online and returning the ballot to the County Clerk’s office by 7:00 pm on Election Day.

Absentee ballots can be returned in person or by mail to the County Clerk’s office but cannot be accepted at the polling places.
