Vantage data center gets zone change OK from Laramie County on Tuesday (capcity.news) — A massive new data center campus just 12 miles south of Cheyenne has cleared a key hurdle, with Laramie County commissioners approving a zoning change that lets Vantage Data Centers move forward. The multibillion-dollar Project Latigo could bring up to 2,000 jobs, add on-site power generation, and promises to limit pressure on Cheyenne's housing and water resources through worker housing and conservation measures.
