CHEYENNE - The City of Cheyenne’s Compost Facility (3714 Windmill Rd.) will provide free single-grind wood mulch to residential homeowners through Friday, February 28th.

The Compost Facility is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
