It's 'The Summer of Cats' At Lindsay Wildlife!

New art exhibit opens June 6, plus feline-themed summer programs for the whole family.

Spend the summer herding cats when Lindsay Wildlife Experience (LWE) presents The Summer of Cats — Felines: Fierce and Friendly! During The Summer of Cats, LWE is asking young visitors to take the “Keep My Cat Inside” pledge, reinforcing their message to keep domestic cats inside to prevent injuries, disease and short life spans.

Children who wish to take the pledge can color a picture of a cat provided by LWE, or bring in a photo of their cat, and it will be hung up in the LWE Exhibit Hall. Families are also welcome to post pictures of their cats to LWE’s Instagram page with the hashtag#lindsaysummerofcats or on their Facebook page. Stay tuned – more programming will be added soon!
