Road Work Causes Turnpike Lane Closure in Greenwich

Plan on needing a little extra time if you’re traveling on I-95 in Greenwich on Monday.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is performing road work on the two-mile stretch between Exits 4 and 5 northbound.

The DOT reported at 9:13 a.m. that the highway is congested between Exits 2 and 5 because the right lane is closed.

The work continue until 3 p.m., according to the DOT.
