Birmingham Companies Unite To Build Kentucky Mixed Use Project
Two Birmingham companies joined forces to build The Henry at Fritz Farm in Kentucky, a Bayer Properties project.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - Two Birmingham firms joined forces to build a much-anticipated and high profile development in Lexington, Kentucky - part of a project by another Birmingham company. Birmingham-based multi-family real estate development firm, The Dobbins Group teamed up with Capstone Building Group to finish The Henry at Fritz Farm, the $45 million luxury apartment component of The Summit at Fritz Farm, which is a Bayer Properties project.
The Henry integrates multi-family living into a lively retail and restaurant core, with apartments both above
retail and in stand-alone buildings. The Summit at Fritz Farm also includes Class A office, boutique hotel, and
upscale senior housing. Approximately 60 percent of the Phase 1 retailers and restaurants are open now to the
public. The Henry has been well received by the Lexington community with leasing on schedule. The renter demographic is well representative of the MSA and its diverse economy.
