Brighton Homicide Suspect Arrested
A 36-year-old man has been arrested in the murder of 15-year-old Ke'Marius Scott.
JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — A 36-year-old man has been taken into custody by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office in the August murder of 15-year-old Ke'Marius Scott in Brighton.
The investigation in to the August 1 homicide yielded several leads, resulting in the Dec, 12 arrest of Jodie M. Fuller, according to a report from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
Fuller is being held at the Jefferson County Jail on $100,000 bond.

The shooting occurred at approximately 3 p.m. in the 1500 block of Smith Street in Brighton. Scott was pronounced dead on the scene from a gunshot wound to the head.
