Join as we film our fourth Birmingham&nbsp;Town Hall Show installment at Saturn June 3rd! 
Comedians have once again come together to take the reins of the absurdity of our current moment and create a hilarious and cathartic town hall event worthy of the nonsense. Real issues and questions are fielded by comedians playing the roles of absent elected officials in this improvised live game show version of a TOWN HALL!

The show plays on this tension by staging a deliberately absurd version of a civic forum where issues are heard, distorted, and gamified by fictional political figures competing for fictional dark money contributions. Kick off the summer in style with yummy food from Taco Mama and a selection of Avondale's finest brews. Enjoy amazing raffles/drawings, explore pop-up shops &amp; vendors, and check-out local artists showcasing their talents. There’s something for everyone, including activities for the kiddos &amp; treats for your furry friends, all set to the lively tunes of T.U.B – The UnKnamed Band, complemented by lights and sound by McDowell. Oh, and did we mention s’mores?
Ticket Information:
Adult Tickets: - Just $40 in advance (plus processing fee) or $45 at the door - Includes 2 beer tickets (soft drinks/water are FREE), a yummy feast from Taco Mama, and an endless supply of s’mores!
Kids Tickets (Ages 6-18): - Only $10 in advance (plus processing fee) or $15 at the door - Includes soft drinks/water, a yummy feast from Taco Mama, s’mores, and loads of fun activities like an obstacle course, bounce house, face painting and a special visit from Cinderella, the cutest miniature horse!

International boccia makes its return to the United States June 17-23 when Lakeshore Foundation hosts the Birmingham 2026 World Boccia Challenger. Opening ceremony is the 17th and competition begins on the 18th.
Thirteen countries will be represented in the first international boccia competition on U.S. soil since 2017, including perennial heavy-hitters like South Korea, Brazil and Mexico.&nbsp; The Birmingham 2026 World Boccia Challenger event will bring together elite athletes from around the globe and will mark the first time since 2017 that the United States has hosted a world event for Boccia. The event is one of 11 scheduled for 2026 and will provide a critical opportunity for competitors to earn ranking points toward qualification for the 2028 Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.

The competition places Birmingham alongside other major cities such as Ryad, Saudi Arabia, Montreal, Canada and Seoul, South Korea hosting Boccia competitions in 2026.
