These vehicles being auction have been left for repairs or abandoned at time of auction and will be sold for parts or a title request. All vehicles sold following this procedure listed. The auction date is May 9 2026 at 8:00am

As required by law, a person or entity in possession of an unclaimed motor vehicle, upon reporting the motor vehicle as unclaimed to the department, shall send notice to the owner and lienholder on record by certified mail with either return requested or electronic delivery of confirmation. The motor vehicle may be redeemed upon payment of the following fees/charges for repairs, recovery, towing and storage of the vehicle.

If this motor vehicle is not redeemed by the record owner or lienholder of record within 30 calendar days from the date of this notice, the motor vehicle may then be sold pursuant to the provisions of the alabama abandoned motor vehicle act as provided for in Title 32, Chapter 13, Code of Alabama 1975
