BIRMINGHAM, AL — The mystery beind the disappearance and death of Trussville resident Paighton Houston took another twist this past week as tghe Jefferson County Sheriff's Office announced a warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man they say buried Houston in a shallow grave in Hueytown.

That was one of the big stories this past week on Patch, adding to the news Monday that the long-awaited opening of I-59-20 in downtown Birmingham will take place in the next few days.

I-59/20 Bridge Project To be Completed This Weekend
