Johnson and Patrick Dewayne Webb, 21, were charged in Matthews’ death. Also Tuesday, Sgt. Johnny Williams said 21-year-old Gabrielle Lashay Moore is charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling. Moore, Johnson and Webb were all in the gray sedan together, according to reports.
