Police Make Arrest In July Ensley Homicide
An arrest has been made in the July 28 death of Joe Albert Foster IV in Ensley.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — A man has been arrested and charged with murder in the July 28 death of Joe Albert Foster IV. Birmingham police announced Friday they have arrested 21-year-old Myles Cordell Amerson.
Foster was shot and killed at the Villas at Westridge Apartment Complex located in the 2300 Block of Court R in Ensley.
Amerson will be held in the custody of the Jefferson County Jail with a $60,000 bond.
