• Tracy Rene Hackler, 60 (newsdemocrat.com) — Family and friends in Elkmont will note that Tracy Rene Hackler’s son Adam, his wife Melissa, and their children Kaylee and Jordan live in Elkmont among her many loved ones. Tracy, a former EMT and devoted family matriarch, passed away June 25, with services planned July 18 in Ripley, Ohio, and memorial donations suggested to the American Cancer Society.
